The installers are very knowledgeable, they pay attention... to details, they go the extra mile. The installers were early, waited on me, you don’t see early often!! My sales rep wasn’t sure if they could find a way to run the lines, they were creative, thoughtful, considerate of my property. The installers worked well as a team. The installers had great time management, cared about my cats so they didn’t get trapped in the crawl space, that was so kind of them. The installers explained exactly what they did, how the lines were ran. They were very thorough explaining the app and water system to me. The installers were patient and friendly with me while I was completing the paperwork. I feel I had the best installers this company has, they trouble shoot, solved problems unique to my home and got me taken care of!! These installers are unique, we all know how work ethic has become this day and age, they showed up to find away to ensure me as a customer!! I’m so grateful!! I want the health of my family first!! This is the 2d time Jeff (I think that's his name) has... delivered to us. Have to tell you, it's not easy at all to get the salt to the basement where the softener is. I struggle with one bag but he managed well. Not saying it wasn't a struggle but he was still smiling when he was finished. What a pleasant young man.read more
